This role is performed remotely, allowing you to provide vital mental health services from the comfort of your home while also engaging with clients through teletherapy sessions. You will work within a structured schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekends as needed. Our flexible approach to remote work is designed to accommodate the varying needs of our clients, ensuring that they have access to the support they require at all times.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, identifying their strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that address mental health issues and promote emotional wellness.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to specific disorders, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to foster a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including peer specialists and addiction counselors, to create a holistic care approach for each client.

• Offer crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and stabilization.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals in a detox setting, many of whom are seeking recovery from substance use disorders and experiencing co-occurring mental health challenges. Your expertise will not only help clients address their immediate needs but also equip them with the skills and resources necessary for long-term recovery and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensing as a Mental Health Counselor or Social Worker is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 60,000 and USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
