Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain an in-depth understanding of clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant therapies tailored to client needs.

• Engage clients in a therapeutic alliance that promotes trust, safety, and open communication, helping them explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility issues or geographic limitations, and adapting approaches as necessary to meet varying client preferences.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, peer supervision, and relevant training, to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about best practices in the field.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Texas.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
