Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough health assessments and conduct physical examinations to determine diagnoses and craft individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe necessary medications, and execute therapeutic procedures to ensure effective patient management.
• Engage in patient education, providing guidance on health promotion strategies, disease prevention techniques, and ongoing management of chronic conditions.
• Coordinate care collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team, ensuring seamless referrals and ongoing communication to maintain continuity of patient care.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date medical records that comply with regulatory requirements and clinical best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Nurse Practitioner within our clinic, you will primarily serve older adults residing in the Assisted Living Facility, many of whom may face complex health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 160,000 to 170,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
