Work Environment

The role will be performed onsite at our welcoming outpatient office, designed to foster collaboration and connection with both colleagues and patients. You will work a standard schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Additionally, there may be opportunities to engage in weekend outreach events aimed at enhancing community health awareness. We average around 40 hours of work per week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough health assessments, including obtaining medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering appropriate diagnostic tests.
• Generate accurate diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, focusing on preventive measures and overall wellness.
• Collaborate with local community organizations to design and implement health education initiatives that empower patients and foster community engagement.
• Deliver culturally sensitive nursing care that respects patient rights and promotes access to healthcare services for all individuals.
• Coordinate complex referrals within the healthcare system, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care for all patients.
• Document patient interactions and maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards for medical recordkeeping.
• Participate actively in community outreach, health fairs, and educational workshops to promote health literacy and provide preventive screenings.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in healthcare and community health advocacy, incorporating evidence-based practices into your clinical care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
