Work Environment

Our Family Nurse Practitioner role is based on-site at our assisted living facility, where the atmosphere encourages teamwork and community involvement. You will work a typical schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional extensions until 8:00 p.m. for evening clinics. Flexibility is essential, as participation in community outreach events and health fairs during weekends may be required. On average, you will be engaged in patient care for approximately 40 hours each week, allowing for a fulfilling work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments, screenings, and evaluations for individuals and families, customizing care plans to meet their unique health needs.
• Accurately diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, emphasizing preventive care and health promotion.

Compensation and Benefits
