Work Environment

You will enjoy a structured schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics extending until 8:00 p.m. Participation in community outreach during weekends will also be encouraged. As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed health assessments for individuals and families to identify medical, psychological, and social needs.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, designing and implementing effective care plans that emphasize preventive care and health promotion.
• Engage with community stakeholders and organizations to develop and lead health education programs tailored to the needs of the population.
• Provide compassionate, culturally competent care to patients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring their rights and access to healthcare services are ardently advocated.
• Coordinate referrals and track follow-up care to maintain continuity and effectiveness of treatment.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
