Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough health assessments and physical examinations for patients across the lifespan, utilizing advanced clinical skills and evidence-based practices.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and imaging studies, to develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare providers and specialists, to create and implement individualized patient care plans aimed at optimal health outcomes.
• Prescribe medications, treatments, and rehabilitation plans, observing regulatory guidelines and best practices in pharmacology.
• Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications through one-on-one counseling and group sessions.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences, contributing insights to enhance patient care and coordinate follow-up procedures.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of patient encounters in electronic health records (EHR), following all regulatory requirements while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to programs aimed at enhancing patient safety, satisfaction, and overall healthcare effectiveness.
