Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, accurately obtaining and evaluating patient medical histories.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic illnesses, employing a holistic approach to patient care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with best practices in pain management, continually adjusting strategies based on patient progress.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, utilizing results to enhance decision-making in patient care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and management strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their health.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care pathways.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients experiencing pain-related disorders, which may include conditions such as arthritis, neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and postoperative pain. You will engage with a diverse population, ranging from young adults to elderly patients, necessitating a tailored approach to each individual's circumstances and treatment preferences.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Nursing (NP program) and current Registered Nurse Licensure are mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a preference for experience in pain management or rehabilitation.
• Proven clinical skills, including strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills facilitate effective communication with patients and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are essential.

Preferred Experience

Experience in pain management or similar fields is preferred. Utilize advanced methodologies and treatment modalities pertinent to pain management, including but not limited to pharmacological therapy, physical therapy coordination, and alternative treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
