Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique histories, challenges, and strengths, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

Your expertise will be most impactful for a client base that is significantly diverse, including but not limited to, individuals from varied cultural backgrounds, LGBTQ+ community members, and refugee and immigrant populations. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches that respect and incorporate diverse cultural perspectives.

• Experience in providing therapy that is both individual and group-focused, emphasizing culturally responsive techniques.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention competencies, capable of maintaining composure in high-stress situations.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and common computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
