This position will primarily operate through telehealth, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions online. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs effectively, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that address a wide range of mental health challenges.

• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care encompassing physical and mental health needs.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, employing de-escalation techniques and empathy to ensure their immediate safety and mental stability.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce stigma, fostering greater understanding and acceptance.

Qualifications\n

• An independent, active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Firm grasp of therapeutic techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health practices.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with effective documentation skills to keep detailed and accurate client records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
