Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based approaches, ensuring that each client’s unique needs are thoroughly understood and documented.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other effective methodologies.

• Implement therapeutic sessions that engage clients in constructive dialogue while providing guidance and support to promote mental health resilience.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, showcasing professionalism in all aspects of your practice.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to offer holistic care and ensure comprehensive treatment for all clients.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of care provided and stay at the forefront of evidence-based practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and community resources to empower them in their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse group of clients who face varying mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and other psychological disorders. We aim to create an inclusive atmosphere that respects and honors cultural differences, ensuring every client receives tailored support that respects their background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, enabling effective tailored treatment for individuals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships and effectively support clients.
