Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will perform a range of essential duties, including but not limited to:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, and families to identify their unique needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Apply clinical interventions gained from graduate-level training and relevant methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address a variety of patient concerns.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to share insights and ongoing treatment plans with team members, ensuring cohesive patient care and excellent communication.

• Manage a caseload of patients, providing individual and group therapy, and coordinating care with external professionals and community resources for a well-rounded treatment approach.

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to departmental protocols and healthcare regulations.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously to adjust treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals undergoing detoxification, navigating difficulties that often arise from substance abuse. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in professional and ethical standards, with demonstrated clinical experience working with mental health issues.

• Flexibility to work between 10 to 40 hours per week based on client needs and availability.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
