Although you will be working from home, you will have access to in-house credentialing services and scheduling assistance. Our office operates Monday through Saturday, providing you the freedom to create and manage your own schedule effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your role will be multifaceted and impactful. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Implementing graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to the specific challenges faced by your clients, utilizing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Managing a caseload of clients, coordinating with hospital and community resources to facilitate comprehensive care.

Your work will directly impact various patient demographics, including individuals and families seeking support for mental health challenges, particularly those in need of detoxification services. By providing therapeutic guidance and case management, you will empower clients to address their mental health needs in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold a current and valid license as a:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree along with at least two years of clinical experience in a mental health or social work setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
