Accounts Payable Admin.

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to support our finance team. This role sits right at the center of day-to-day operations, making sure invoices are processed correctly, vendors are paid on time, and nothing quietly slips through the cracks. It’s a full-time position with a flexible schedule, so there’s room to balance work with real life, which, honestly, matters. Responsibilities Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals Manage vendor accounts and respond to payment inquiries Prepare and execute scheduled payment runs (ACH, wire, checks) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records Assist with month-end closing tasks and reporting Support audits by providing necessary documentation What We’re Looking For Experience in accounts payable, accounting, or a similar role Strong attention to detail… the kind where you actually notice small inconsistencies Comfortable working with accounting software and Excel Good communication skills, especially when dealing with vendors or internal teams Ability to manage multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 1–3 years of relevant experience (more is great, but not required) Work Setup & Benefits Full-time role with flexible scheduling options Competitive compensation Health benefits and paid time off Supportive, collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
