Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with clients, utilizing individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals.

• Manage billing expectations according to Agency requirements, ensuring services provided align with program needs.

• Respond to after-hours calls and participate in an on-call rotation, potentially obtaining LPS designation to ensure compliance with program guidelines.

• Engage actively in staff meetings to contribute to program development and the enhancement of clinical training initiatives.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams such as clinical support staff and external partners, including schools and community resources, to facilitate holistic care.

• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance, embodying professionalism in all aspects of your role.

• Effectively communicate with a diverse client population, fostering positive relationships with clients, their families, and team members.

• Perform case management activities such as gathering client information, assessing needs, and linking families to appropriate services and resources.

• Deliver services both in the community and remotely, adhering to all program and funding source requirements.
