Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate patients' mental health status, utilizing tools such as the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) to inform individualized treatment plans.

  Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at supporting patients’ mental health diagnoses, progressively tracking their improvement and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

  Maintain meticulous treatment records, clinical documentation, and required reports, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal policies using modern technology and platforms.

  Collaborate with patients and their families to formulate comprehensive treatment strategies that reflect their needs, goals, and treatment preferences, fostering a partnership in the healing process.

  Coordinate patient referrals and effectively liaise between clients and treatment resources, cultivating strong relations with external clinicians and support organizations.

  Provide mentorship and guidance for interns, volunteers, and other clinical staff, fostering a learning environment that promotes professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on patients and families affected by cancer. The LICSW will deliver tailored mental health support to help clients navigate the emotional and psychological challenges of a cancer diagnosis. By creating safe spaces for discussions about grief, fear, and resilience, you will enhance their coping mechanisms and quality of life.

  A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
