Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs.

• Provide both individual and family therapy, tailoring interventions based on clinically identified needs and leveraging therapeutic techniques to maximize patient engagement and outcomes.

• Complete necessary documentation and billing, including treatment plans and insurance authorization forms, within specified deadlines to ensure a smooth continuity of care.

• Develop crisis intervention strategies, safety and relapse prevention plans, and personalized wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stable functioning.
\n
• Create and implement effective discharge plans to facilitate smooth transitions for clients moving out of therapy.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies outlined by Phoenix Rising Counseling Center.

• Actively pursue professional growth through continuing education opportunities, maintaining licensure and essential trainings.
\n
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to foster an environment of shared knowledge and collective improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses a broad range of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to family dynamics and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure is required.

• You must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist in the state of Texas, such as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in the mental health field, working in settings that prioritize evidence-based practices and patient-centered care. Experience with telehealth platforms and an understanding of their unique challenges and advantages are also preferred.
