Key Responsibilities\n

• Render evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of clients, utilizing approaches that best suit their individual needs.

• Provide an array of mental health services including individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapy when applicable.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client’s unique background and therapeutic needs.

• Engage in ongoing mental health assessments and create personalized treatment plans to facilitate optimal recovery.

• Document all therapeutic interactions and progress notes accurately and in accordance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.

• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• An active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing mental health services in a clinical setting.
