Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through one-on-one sessions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their concerns.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings, to promote mental wellness and provide tools for coping with various challenges.

• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary while staying attuned to their evolving needs and barriers to treatment.

• Collaborate with external specialists, such as psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care and make referrals when appropriate.

• Document each session in compliance with electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role caters to a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse disorders, and eating disorders. You will engage with clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, necessitating a culturally competent approach to therapy. Your goal will be to provide equitable care and help clients navigate their obstacles with dignity and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• A robust understanding of mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and technological applications, facilitating efficient documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
