Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide one-on-one therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients' specific goals and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Maintain effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions, including risk assessments and safety planning.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, fostering community and understanding among clients.

• Diligently document client progress and treatment results in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with clients facing end-of-life challenges, including those navigating grief, anxiety, and depression related to terminal illnesses. This role requires not only clinical expertise but also empathy and sensitivity to the unique needs of clients and their families in a hospice setting.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient clinic setting.

• Proven knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methods and treatment approaches applicable to a variety of mental health conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with previous experience in hospice care, grief counseling, or working with terminally ill patients will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth platforms will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
