As a remote position, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule while providing high-quality telehealth and face-to-face therapy services. Our outpatient office maintains a supportive virtual infrastructure that allows our counselors to connect seamlessly with clients. Operating hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, making it easier for you to accommodate client preferences and availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy strategies through comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Deliver evidence-supported therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families, fostering positive outcomes in their mental health journeys.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and comprehensive care to clients, ensuring a well-rounded approach to mental health.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest quality of care and accountability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, plus additional bonus opportunities.
