Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored individual therapy strategies in collaboration with clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, groups, and families to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all clients.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a counseling or clinical setting is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in various therapeutic techniques and modalities as relevant to the client population.

• Solid understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or additional training in family therapy, couple's therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly preferred.
