About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Head of Sales Development to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth. This executive will be responsible for creating and uniting a global sales development function, with a focus on establishing a unified vision, operating model, and performance framework. The role involves diagnosing and addressing inbound conversion gaps, building an outbound engine, and redefining the ideal customer profile. The successful candidate will also be tasked with defining global KPIs, coaching frontline leaders, and shaping a culture of success. This is a unique opportunity to have a real impact on the company's sales development strategy and to lead a team through a period of significant change and growth. Candidates for the Global Head of Sales Development position at the company should have a proven track record in building sales development programs and a minimum of 10 years' experience in related B2B SaaS roles. Leadership experience across multiple regions, particularly in selling to finance buyers, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of high-volume inbound qualification, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and a history of expanding outbound and account-based programs. A strong background in developing frontline managers and a direct, candid communication style are also required. The role demands a strategic thinker who can work closely with the Chief Sales Officer and other leaders to align SDR priorities with the company's goals.
