Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, utilizing evidence-based practices to help clients improve their mental health.

• Encouraging open dialogue with clients to explore their emotions, behaviors, and life experiences, fostering self-awareness and interpersonal insights.

• Acting as an advocate for each client, identifying their unique goals and objectives to ensure tailored treatment plans.

• Performing comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client's mental health, implementing treatment strategies based on your clinical expertise.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions, while adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base made up of pre-screened individuals experiencing low acuity mental health concerns. This population is characterized by clients who are stable and seeking support for various issues, such as anxiety, stress management, and relationship challenges. Your role will not only involve the provision of therapeutic services but also the empowerment of clients to develop coping strategies and pursue their personal growth objectives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent state-issued license, including but not limited to the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect genuinely with clients and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Strong computer literacy, enabling effective use of our therapist portal and video conferencing systems.
