Infinity Care Plus Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our remote team. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to the challenges faced by older adults, identifying their mental health needs and personal goals.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that reflect the complexities of cognitive changes, physical health conditions, and individual lifestyle factors.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate individual and family therapy sessions addressing geriatric psychiatric conditions.
• Collaborate with geriatric psychiatrists, primary care doctors, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for our patients.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and community support systems, helping them navigate their care.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential records of therapeutic processes and client progress in alignment with state and federal regulations.

This role specifically focuses on the geriatric population, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, dementia-related issues, and adjustment challenges following significant life changes. Your expertise will empower older adults to engage in their mental health treatment actively, fostering independence and enhancing their overall well-being.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active, valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.
• Proficient understanding of geriatric mental health disorders, along with knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering therapy to older adults, focusing on their unique challenges and therapeutic needs.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, exhibiting a patient-centered and empathetic approach in all interactions.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital therapy tools.
• Familiarity with collaborative care models, particularly integrating mental health services with primary care.
• Specialized training or certifications in geriatric mental health.
