Bon Ridge Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Clinician possessing an active LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW license. This full-time position, with a salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, offers the opportunity to provide therapeutic services to diverse clients in a flexible and supportive remote setting.

The role is entirely remote, allowing clinicians to connect with their clients from the comfort of their own spaces. Our telehealth platform is designed with user-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) capabilities to streamline documentation and client management. As part of our team, you will have access to full administrative support, ensuring you can dedicate more time to client care while minimizing administrative burdens.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services tailored to various client demographics, ranging from children to adults, focusing on strategies for mental health issues, communication barriers, and family conflicts.
• Regularly meet with clients through telehealth platforms to offer support, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of client records, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Utilize basic technology skills to navigate our EHR system and other digital communication tools seamlessly to enhance service delivery.
• Identify and refer clients to appropriate community resources or specialized services when necessary, fostering a holistic approach to patient care.

The clients you will serve encompass a broad spectrum, including children, adolescents, and adults who may be dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial issues. Your role will require a nuanced understanding of various mental health conditions and their impacts across different life stages, allowing you to create impactful interventions and support.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• A minimum of three years of direct experience providing mental health assessments and therapeutic services to a diverse range of clients.
• A strong commitment to maintaining professional licensure and continuing education throughout your tenure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
• Proficient organizational capabilities to manage a growing caseload effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for creating clear, concise client documentation.

• Experience using EHR systems in a telehealth setting is preferred, enhancing your ability to manage client information effectively.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions appropriate for various mental health issues.
• Previous work experience in a multidisciplinary team setting to provide integrated care solutions.
