Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Positive-Steps Counseling Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
\n
• Assessing clients’ psychological, emotional, and relational needs to create personalized, actionable treatment plans.
\n
• Employing a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Regularly collaborating with fellow therapists, psychologists, and administrative staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
\n
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapy outcomes in compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Engaging in regular supervision sessions and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
