Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals and interventions based on clients’ unique situations.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Actively participating in treatment team meetings, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client care.

• Leading psychoeducational workshops and support groups to facilitate community engagement and provide additional resources for clients and families.

• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records that comply with legal and ethical standards to uphold professionalism and integrity.

• Responding to crises as they arise, conducting risk assessments, and designing safety plans to ensure the well-being of all clients.

You will work primarily with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
