Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, ensuring accurate diagnosis and development of effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couple, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based techniques tailored to diverse needs.

• Maintain detailed therapeutic documentation, including treatment notes and progress reports, consistent with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a culturally and ethnically diverse client base, ranging from children to adults struggling with various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and possession of LMFT or LCSW licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Honor Your Emotions offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
