Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive, trusting relationship with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders by conducting comprehensive assessments supplemented by standardized measures.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as couples and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices.

• Regularly consult with patients to provide ongoing support, counseling, and adjustments to treatment plans in response to progress evaluations and evolving needs.

• Monitor patient progress continuously, using feedback and outcome measures to ensure treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
