Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health conditions and personal histories.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each client's goals.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, fostering open communication and trust in a safe environment.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and current records of client interactions, treatment progress, and therapeutic interventions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population ranging from adolescents to adults, each with unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensure: An active state license is necessary, such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy services is essential for this role.

• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on active listening and empathy.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a remote team structure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000–$104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
