Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client, ensuring alignment with their specific goals and challenges.

• Engage in regular communication with physicians and other healthcare teammates to provide updates on patient progress, address any concerns, and collaboratively adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with our clinical policies and regulations.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to empower clients and aid in their journey towards recovery.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives focused on mental health education and stigma reduction, contributing to a greater awareness of mental health issues at a grassroots level.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adult clients experiencing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. You will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in their mental health journeys, utilizing evidence-based practices and person-centered care frameworks.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active LMHC license or equivalent as recognized by the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is essential.

• Strong familiarity with electronic medical record systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain self-motivation in a remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
