Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and secure clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, focusing on individuals and families with limited access to mental health care. You will work with clients facing an array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma. Your efforts will help empower families, support children and adolescents, and provide specialized care for couples navigating relationship challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, is mandatory.

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
\n
