Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for a diverse range of clients, identifying specific needs and challenges.

• Develop tailored treatment plans focusing on the unique mental health issues and emotional well-being of each individual.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering personal growth and emotional regulation among clients.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—comprising educators, occupational therapists, and social workers—to ensure comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention support, responding timely and effectively to mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources to empower their journey toward wellness.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills and teamwork.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving individuals across various demographics dealing with complex mental health issues, including children and adults coping with ASD, ADHD, emotional disturbances, and the effects of trauma. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and effective treatment methodologies.

• Ability to conduct and interpret mental health assessments and provide appropriate diagnoses.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of post-licensure clinical experience, particularly in dealing with children and adolescents.

• Experience with telehealth systems and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) software.

Compensation and Benefits\n
