Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Life Works, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues. Your expertise will help guide these individuals through their challenges, fostering resilience and promoting positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Oregon.
\n
• Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders and proven therapeutic modalities relevant to a diverse patient base.

• Demonstrated skills in conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective, individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy, with a deep understanding of varied therapeutic approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues alike.

• Strong ethical judgment, maintaining professional boundaries while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional clinical experience, particularly in outpatient settings or specialized therapeutic modalities, will stand out. Compensation and Benefits\n
