Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. You will engage with clients between Monday and Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, utilizing advanced telehealth technologies to conduct sessions. Your home office setup should be conducive to professionalism and confidentiality, ensuring that all interactions regarding client care adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, enabling clients to receive care efficiently even from home.

• Complete thorough intake assessments for new clients and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and circumstances.

• Provide ongoing mental health support, including crisis intervention and necessary referrals to additional health resources as required.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date client records that comply with clinic documentation standards and legal obligations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse clientele who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• An active Washington State license, such as LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, is mandatory for practice.
