Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring therapeutic modalities are tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand client progress and adapt treatment strategies effectively.

• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and recovery trajectories.

• Engage actively in team meetings to collaborate with colleagues, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, sharing insights and coordinating care.

• Document all clinical interactions and assessments accurately in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Educate clients and families on mental health issues, available resources, and supportive strategies that can enhance recovery processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals grappling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, including underserved populations who face systemic barriers to care. This position requires a high level of sensitivity and understanding of the unique challenges these clients encounter, emphasizing the development of trusting relationships and ongoing support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a relevant field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.

• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining licensure standards, including staying current with continuing education requirements.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of experience working in counseling or mental health services, particularly with substance use and dual-diagnosis clients.

• Experience in conducting telehealth services and proficiency with digital documentation platforms.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The opportunity offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
