Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, taking into consideration cultural, social, and economic factors that may impact their well-being.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions through secure teletherapy platforms, ensuring that clients receive the support they need regardless of their geographical location.

• Monitor clients' progress toward therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans accordingly based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment strategies, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular professional development, including training sessions and peer consultations, to stay current with emerging practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold a full and unrestricted license to practice independently, including one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• Note: Provisional licenses or candidates with disciplinary actions will not be considered.

Preferred Experience\n
