Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at United Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing substance use challenges, mood disorders, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and as such, cultural competence and sensitivity are crucial in delivering effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.

• At least four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

• Proven ability to employ effective, evidence-based treatment approaches related to mental health disorders.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated capacity to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
