Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities that are customized to align with each client's specific needs and circumstances.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, tracking their progress through scheduled sessions to ensure continuous support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will support come from varied backgrounds and face diverse challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related disciplines is required. A master’s degree is preferred.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential for this role.

• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervisory oversight.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a compassionate demeanor, and a genuine desire to help clients are crucial for this position.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
