Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans utilizing best practice methodologies.

• Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, tailored to fit the individual preferences and requirements of each client.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.

• Participating in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for all patients.

• Providing education, counseling, and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources within the community.

• Staying abreast of advancements in the mental health field and integrating research findings into your clinical practice to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of individuals in a detox center, addressing various mental health issues, including substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• Current and valid licensure to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
