Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient office in South River, New Jersey. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, comprising a full-time, 40-hour workweek. You will engage with patients in a friendly and professional atmosphere, supported by a multidisciplinary team dedicated to achieving optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients referred by physicians, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their medical histories and physical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and reflective of each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic procedures and advanced techniques to facilitate optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, enhancing communication and information sharing.
• Educate patients and caregivers about treatment regimens, as well as preventive measures to maintain health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to track progress and fulfill legal and insurance requirements.
• Contribute to the clinic's objectives by meeting minimum utilization goals and participating in performance improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will be skilled in treating a wide range of patients, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports-related conditions. You will work with individuals of various backgrounds and ages, tailoring your communication and treatment methods to suit their specific circumstances.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved program with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Possess a valid state license in Physical Therapy and maintain current CPR certification.
• Exhibit strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to patients and collaborate with team members.
• Basic proficiency in word processing and computer systems used for documentation and therapy management.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in outpatient care.
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is preferred, although not mandatory.
• Experience engaging with diverse patient populations, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Compensation and Benefits

Monadnock Care Solution Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
