You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals and support staff, all committed to providing comprehensive care tailored to each patient.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and rehabilitation needs.Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as exercise regimens, stretching maneuvers, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities.Implement treatment interventions and monitor patient progress, documenting all treatments and responses accurately.Adjust patient treatment plans as necessary, based on ongoing assessment and the achievement of therapeutic goals.Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, assistive devices, and mobility techniques.Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal recovery outcomes.Participate in continuous professional development through workshops, networking, and professional societies.Patient Population / Client FocusOur patient population includes individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, and various medical conditions that impact mobility and function. We serve a wide age range, from pediatric to geriatric patients, ensuring tailored, effective rehabilitation strategies for each individual based on their specific needs and circumstances. This diversity requires a keen ability to adapt treatment approaches for varying physical capabilities and health goals.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, as well as general computer literacy.Preferred ExperienceAt least two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.Experience with diverse patient populations and various treatment methodologies is an asset.Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.Compensation and BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
