Work Environment

This position requires you to work onsite at our bustling rehabilitation facility. Our team consists of well-trained healthcare professionals who are passionate about rehabilitation and patient care. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and create individualized treatment plans that tackle their unique goals and needs.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise regimens, and modality applications.
• Maintain a manageable caseload that allows for comprehensive patient interaction, ensuring each patient receives the attention needed for their recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement treatment protocols that improve motion and mobility while promoting non-surgical options.
• Create and adjust fitness and wellness programs tailored to the rehabilitation needs of each patient.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to maintain precise records of therapy sessions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the continuity of care, discussing patient progress and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide motivation and support to patients during their treatment journey, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness, making necessary adaptations to care plans based on patient feedback and observed progress.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, including athletes recovering from injuries, post-surgical patients, and individuals seeking to enhance their physical functionality. Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Hold an active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Proven expertise in various manual therapy techniques and a track record of successful exercise program implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize EMR software proficiently for accurate patient documentation.
• A strong commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on effective physical therapy practices supported by the latest research.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting, specifically with orthopedic or sports medicine patients.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
