Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions to establish a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities and exercises, focusing on pain relief, mobility enhancement, and overall functional improvement.
• Regularly document treatment sessions, patient responses, and progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files.
• Continue to assess and modify treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical observations to adjust therapeutic goals appropriately.
• Assist patients with selecting and fitting assistive devices, including mobility aids and orthotic supports, to promote independence in their daily activities.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and the correct use of assistive devices to facilitate successful recovery outcomes.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices through workshops, seminars, and ongoing education to enhance your practice and clinical knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including those recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions such as arthritis. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.

• Proficient in basic computer skills and electronic health record management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance patient care and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in outpatient care, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with treatment modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
