The remote work environment at Everyone's Counseling Center allows for a flexible schedule that accommodates the busy lives of our clients. While primarily a Monday to Friday role from 9 AM to 5 PM, there may be instances requiring evening or weekend sessions to meet the needs of our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' unique mental health needs, employing assessment tools and therapeutic interviews.

• Design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to achieve each client's personal goals and objectives.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic interventions that encourage client engagement and emotional processing.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to legal standards and ethical guidelines to protect client privacy.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of individuals from various backgrounds experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMHC license in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
