This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work schedule while still being a vital part of a dedicated health team. Though you will primarily provide services online, you will collaborate closely with in-clinic personnel at our community health facility, ensuring that all care is integrated and coordinated. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality clinical services to a varied clientele including children and families, employing evidence-based practices and treatments that adhere to best practice standards.

• Engage in teamwork with local schools, social service agencies, and allied health professionals to create a seamless web of support that fosters continuity of care for our patients.

• Utilize your knowledge of community resources to assist clients in achieving greater autonomy and meeting their basic health and social needs.

• Monitor and uphold compliance protocols with respect to Legal Risk Assessments (LRA) and facilitate necessary extensions and communications with court personnel as needed.

• Document clinical interventions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required, along with a valid LICSW license.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on mental health care delivery.

• Proficient understanding of integrating behavioral health services within primary care settings, with a willingness to undergo additional training if needed.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance, alongside experience navigating these systems for client benefit.

• Ability to connect effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, demonstrating cultural sensitivity.

• Prior experience working with unhoused populations and an awareness of the related challenges and resources in the community.

• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in remote settings, managing virtual therapeutic sessions effectively as well as administrative responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is highly competitive, featuring an annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
