Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and engage in ongoing therapeutic sessions with clients experiencing mental health disorders and substance use challenges.

• Develop integrated care plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring all services and resources are accessible and appropriate.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to advance shared goals, utilizing a strengths-based approach to promote each client’s journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n
