Physical Therapist Brain Injury Post Acute Rehab

PERKS OF THE JOB

• Full-Time, Permanent Position (40 hours/week)
• Rehab setting, seeing 6-7 Patients per day
• 1:1 Patient Care, allowing you to focus on Patient Outcomes
• Adult/Geriatric population with an exclusively Brain Injury caseload.
• Formalized 90-Day Training/Onboarding followed by ongoing Mentorship

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

As a Physical Therapist (PT) in a rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following a brain injury. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care and support to 6-7 patients per day as they navigate their recovery journey.

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• An active PT license or the ability to obtain one is required
• Rehab experience is highly preferred
• Brain Injury experience preferred
• Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) preferred
• H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available
