Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients and colleagues from your home in New Jersey. You will work under flexible hours from Monday to Friday, operating between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.

• Interact with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification and manage utilization processes for client treatments.

• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare strategies, ensuring clients have a clear path for continued support post-treatment.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, helping clients to build a healthy relationship with food—a vital aspect of holistic recovery.

• Deliver compassionate and affirming care tailored to each client's unique situation and intersecting identities, fostering a safe environment for healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on clients experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse demographic, including older adults and individuals from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
